With that in mind, the new figures show the Fusilier, the Drummer and the N.C.O. with turnbacks, while the Officer, Ensign and new Colonel do not. They are still new figures and different from the existing French in the range, so you now have a choice of using the new Officer, Ensign and Colonel with your existing French, or the new ones. Of course this applies to the original Officer, Ensign and Colonel too. Variety is the spice of life they tell me. :-)
Anyway, they are here now and I have inked samples straight from the mould, with no cleaning up whatsoever (as I do with all the figures in the range) for you to have a look at. I hope you like them. Click on pics for a larger view. Up next will be the new Prussians, when I have some more money to get them into production moulds.

Ah, you're tempting me again, Frank! The drummer in particular, is especially nice. Would these also be suitable for the German regiments in French service (with a different color scheme)?
